If for whatever reason you're not 100% happy with your products, you can return* them within 14 days of receiving your products to receive a full refund or exchange.
*All returned products (does not include personalised, handmade or sale products) must be in the exact condition sold to you with the original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, clean and free of dog hair and remain in a perfectly re-saleable condition.
How to return:
Simply email email@example.com - include your order number in the email subject and details of your requested return and kindly allow 1-2 working days for me to get back to you.
If you require an exchange instead of a refund, please let me know in your original email. You will need to arrange payment for posting the new items, this is not covered by Mozy & Co.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please follow the steps above, but also include clear pictures of your damaged items in your email.
