How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

At  Mozy & Co, we ­­believe in the quality of our products and we work hard to ensure that orders are processed and sent to production as soon as possible. Our standard processing time is 3-4 weeks, however we will let you know if it will be any longer. In the case of pre-ordered items, an estimated delivery date will be shown on the product page at the time of ordering. If you require a rush order,  please contact us before ordering  to see what can be done.



Can I get a refund or return my order?

Unfortunately due to the nature of customised items, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, If an item arrives damaged, or there is a production defect,  please contact us asap and we will arrange with you for the item to be returned and a replacement sent to you free of charge.



Can I cancel or change my order?

We endeavour to produce and ship your product to you as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email hello@mozyco.ie as soon as possible to check the status of your order. We will aim to help as best as possible in these circumstances. Unfortunately, if your order has entered production stage, cancellations cannot be accepted.



As our products and accessories are handcrafted by us in our studio, each one is unique and therefore there may be slight differences in the sizing and placement of patterns and designs.

Can I see a proof of my pet before production?

We only send a proof if requested in the notes section at checkout. Please note this will delay the processing time. If not requested at checkout, we will proceed with printing and production as soon as possible without prior confirmation.


How many photos do you require?

We require at least 3 clear, close up and good quality photos of each individual pet.  These are best unfiltered and not cropped as we require a full headshot including ears.  If we require more or different photos then we will contact you.



Where do you ship?

We ship to Ireland. United Kingdom and Europe! Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival of destination country. This is beyond our control and and is the liability of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for customs delays or charges.


Where is my item?

If you want to be able to track your item please choose this option at checkout so you can follow your parcels journey! Packages are all shipped with An-Post so please check their website for estimated delivery times. Please contact us if you have issues receiving your items. Mozy & Co cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages and therefore cannot replace any lost or stolen packages.
